How long does a diagnosis usually take?
Not only is a diagnosis free**, you usually hear back from us within 24 hours with a full diagnosis. We keep you in the loop through the whole process so if there is any additional time needed in diagnosing your Mac we will confirm with you.

How much does it cost to repair liquid damage?
Liquid damage repair is a flat rate between $150-$250 IF there are no parts to be replaced. IF there are parts that need to be replaced, you will be sent a quote to approve of. A typical liquid damage repair entails all the corrosion being cleaned off affected areas, any re-soldering done on high corroded areas, as well as a full system test after repair has been completed.
Liquid damage repair is usually completed within 24-48 hours.
Do you use apple OEM parts?
We always give the choice of what part you would like to use. We offer competitive pricing on all repairs, especially with tested quality 3rd party parts, but we can also offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts, should you require them! **At a higher cost than compared to 3rd party equivalent**

How long does it take to repair a Mac?
After diagnosis, most Macs are fixed and returned to our clients Same Day or Next Day (24-48 hours). Depending on the repair and/or part being ordered, shipping time is generally the longest wait of all if we don’t stock the part. Shipping times for parts range from 24-72 hours on 3rd Party parts and 5-10 business days for OEM Parts. Once parts arrive Macs are normally repaired, cleaned and returned to clients that same day.
Do you need to keep the Mac while waiting for parts?
Generally on upgrades, we just take a deposit (usually $100) and let you hold on to your MacBook until parts arrive. Our goal is to have your MacBook for the least amount of time possible so you can continue your important work.
On a repair you are more than welcome to pickup your MacBook while waiting for a part, provided you pay a deposit.
What do I pay if you can’t repair the MacBook?
We have what’s called a: NO FIX = NO FEE program in place. if you bring in a MacBook that does not work, and we cannot get that issue fixed, we will gladly return your MacBook back to you for FREE of charge.
What do you charge for labour?
All labour and Tax costs are included in prices advertised on the “Prices & Info” section of the website. Any price quoted to clients is always quoted including part, labour and, tax. This creates a super easy to understand price that has no confusion and can be easily compared to any other repair quotes you may have from other businesses.
Do you provide a warranty for repairs?
All parts come with 90 day warranty (from date installed and work completed) and general labour is warrantied for 1 year.
***All Warranty claims must be subject to an internal inspection to match current physical condition with pictures taken from completion of previous repair. If inspection concludes additional damage compared to the completed previous repair, Warranty is void and client must OK any further costs of repair.***
Are you an Apple Authorized Repair shop?
No. We are not Apple Authorized. In order to provide the prices and parts required to achieve a high customer satisfaction rate - we have opted NOT to become Apple Authorized. We stand by the Right To Repair, and becoming an Authorized Partner would entail that we could no longer provide upgrades or real repairs to broken components.
