Warranty Coverage + Refunds
Warranty Covers: Manufacturer Defects: (examples: New Screen has no picture on portion of screen - there has been no damage caused by user. OR New Battery has been installed and MacBook battery life is less than 3 hours**)
Labour: Any flawed workmanship in regards to an upgrade or repair. (examples: Logic Board has been replaced and the MacBook is overheating quickly; could be caused by an improper thermal paste application. OR Screen has been replaced on 2017 or later MacBook and wi-fi coverage seems poor; could be caused by wi-fi cable not being seated in the connector properly.)
~ All new and refurbished parts come with a 90 Day Warranty.
~ Used Parts do NOT come with warranty.
~ Labour come with a 1 Year Warranty. Example: Screen on MacBook has been replaced and the wifi stops working properly - This could be due to the wifi cables attached to the antenna on the screen not being seated (plugged in) properly. This would indicate a Labour issue on replacement screen install and thus would be covered for free under the Labour Warranty.
Warranty Coverage starts on the date that the wok is completed and the client is informed that the work has been completed.
***All Warranty claims must be subject to an internal inspection to match current physical condition with pictures taken from completion of previous repair. If inspection concludes additional damage compared to the completed previous repair, Warranty is void and client must OK any further costs of repair.***
Refunds are only applicable to new physical parts. A refund cannot be given for labour. Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after work has been completed. All refunds are subject to a 20% buyers remorse fee for items that need to be sent back to the manufacturer.
